The presentation will include a discussion on Nevada laws involving the effects of marijuana use in the workplace, drug testing, and actions employers can take with respect to employees who test positive for marijuana. The presentation will also include a review of recent drug use and drug testing trends, post-accident marijuana testing, and employers obligations to accommodate medical marijuana users.
