Designed to meet the educational requirements of laser certification for dental hygienists and dentists. This program will explore the value and benefits of laser assisted dentistry.
Learn the specifics of lasers and the nature of using a laser device through this hands-on clinical program. At the end of the course, you will be well versed in diode lasers.

・At the end of the program clinicians will understand what procedures the laser can be used for in dentistry and hygiene.
・This program reviews patient education verbiage and how to explain laser procedures for better patient acceptance.
・At the end of the program the clinician will have a thorough understanding of the laser procedures within their scope of practice.
・The clinician will leave the course with an understanding of photo-biomodulation therapy and how to apply this procedure in patient care.
・Program to include hands-on practice with specimens.
・Clinicians will learn the different tissue interactions associated with laser procedures.
・This program reviews hard tissue lasers for the doctor. Demonstration of hard tissue lasers is available upon request.
・The attendees will thoroughly understand laser safety and the duties of the laser safety officer.
